Unfortunately, we do not accept order via phone call. We only accept applications online since you need to enter your credit card information on the online form.

You can confirm your application details in the order comfiramtion email sent immediately after completing your application. If you do not receive the email, please check if you entered your email address correctly during application or if it might be in your spam folder. Please check all your email folders again.

If you wish to make changes to your application details, please contact customer service.

We accept cancellations free of charge up to 5 days before the start date of use.
Please note that cancellations from 4 days before the start date will incur a cancellation fee of $20.

We do not accept shortening of the rental period after you have received the WiFi device.

Even if you return the device earlier than planned, you will still be charged for the number of days you ordered when applying.

If it is before the shipment of the WiFi device (approximately 7 days before the receipt date), changes to your application details (such as rental period) may still be possible. Please contact customer support for assistance.

After the WiFi device has been shipped, we generally cannot accept changes to your application details.
Additionally, if we ship the device early due to weather conditions or other circumstances, we may not be able to meet your preferences.

You can order individuals who are different from the user (contract holder or credit card holder).
When contacting customer support, please make sure to provide the name of the contract holder.

Insurance is optional. Please review the insurance details below.
Insurance service is $2 per day.

③Any calls made or data used by a third party during the rental period will be charged to the customer.

 

If you experience loss or theft of rental equipment, please contact our customer support immediately. However, if you have an idea of where the loss occurred, please inquire with the information desk or lost and found department of the relevant facility and request a search.

Your end date will be calculated as the day the rented WiFi device is received by our company. In case of loss, the rental end date will be calculated as the day you report the loss. Compensation will be charged to your registered credit card based on the compensation fee list below.

It is a pocket-size and portable wireless LAN access point. When you travel abroad, all you need to do is turn on the WiFi device, connect your smartphone or computer, and you can use the local Internet. You can use the Internet even when traveling abroad with ease.

Delivery service takes at least 2 business days. If you make a order by at least 3 business days in advance, we might be possible to deliver WiFi device to you on the day of your plan start, but we recommend you to order your WiFi when you know your travel schedule.
※Delayed delivery may occur due to weather and other factors. Please make reservations in advance.

WiFiDash offers Unlimited Plan*¹
This plan is recommended for users who want to use the Internet without worrying about the amount of bandwidth they will need. This plan is for customers who actively use the Internet, such as watching and posting videos on social media and participating in videoconferences from abroad.
※Streaming and uploading videos to social media requires a large amount of data communications so please ensure that you do not overuse the service.

*¹Fast speed at 3GB per day. Unlimited data at 3Mbps or 512Kbps after 3GB.

Yes, it is possible. Depending on the additional destinations, it may be cheaper to change the price plan. Please contact us at least 2 days prior to your departure date.

Please contact customer service via email as soon as possible. Even if you do not purchase a plan, paying the $20 device keep fee may allow you to return the device late without incurring substantial late fees. However, if you delay returning the device without prior notice, regular late fees will apply. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.
