To cancel a rental order, you must do so at least five business days before the rental start date. In this case, no cancellation fees will apply. However, cancellations made after this deadline will incur a $20 fee.

If you contact our customer support up to five business days before your start date, we will refund the full amount of your application. If you contact us after this deadline, a cancellation fee of $20 will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
