CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation Requests:
    All cancellation requests must be submitted through our official website or via email to info@wifidash.us. Please include your name and reason for cancellation.
     
  2. Cancellation Deadlines:
    Full Refund:
    If you cancel your rental more than the 5 business days before the your start date, you will receive a full refund of the rental fee.

    Partial Refund:
    If cancellations made after 5 business days before the your start date will be charged $20 as cancellation fee.
     
  3. Early Returns:
    If you return the device before the end of your rental period, no refund will be provided for the unused days.
     
  4. Device Return After Cancellation:
    If you decide to cancel after the WiFi device has already been shipped, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping fee and cancellation fee from your total payment.
  5. Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:
    In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions), you may contact us for a possible refund, subject to our discretion.
