Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@wifidash.us. Please include your name and reason for cancellation in your request.
Cancellation Deadlines Full Refund:
If you cancel your rental more than 5 business days before your start date, you will receive a full refund of the rental fee.
Partial Refund:
Cancellations made less than 5 business days before your start date will incur a $20 cancellation fee.
Early Returns
If you return the device before the end of your rental period, no refund will be provided for the unused days.
Device Return After Device Shipment
If you decide to cancel after the WiFi device has already been shipped, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping fee and the $20 cancellation fee from your total payment.
Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, travel restrictions), you may contact us for a possible refund. Refunds in such cases are subject to our discretion.
