Please place your order as soon as possible. Since delivery takes at least two business days, to ensure you receive it the day before you start using it, please complete your order at least three business days in advance.

There is also an option for overnight shipping, so it may be possible to deliver it even if you place your order right before you need it. (Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather or other factors.)

You can make reservations for use in multiple destinations. When placing your order, you can select plans for multiple countries by clicking the "Add 2nd destination" button.

Insurance is optional. Please review the insurance details below.
Insurance service is $2 per day.

①Please contact us as soon as possible if the device is lost or stolen.
Insured Customer's fee: $50
Non-Insured Customer: $300

②If the charger cable/device case is lost or stolen,
Insured Customer's fee: $0
Non-Insured Customer: $10 each

③Any calls made or data used by a third party during the rental period will be charged to the customer.

*The cost of any broken, lost, or stolen device may be covered by your own insurance.

WiFiDash offers two shipping options:

②Overnight shipping: $89

The "We have your package" date in FedEx's tracking system will be considered your "Return Date." If the Return Date extends beyond the 2 days after your end date, late fees will apply. (Your end date and the following 1 day are considered a grace period, so no late fees will be incurred during this time. Late fees will be incurred starting from the 2 days after your end date.)

We will send you the WiFi device along with a FedEx return label. After you're finished with it, please use the return label to send back the device and all its accessories by dropping it off at a FedEx stores or drop off FedEx post.

The day after your end date is designated as a grace period for returns. Therefore, even if you cannot complete the return by your end date, no late fees will be incurred.
Late fees will start accruing from the second day after your end date, so please return the item as soon as possible after your end date.

You can order 4 plans at one time; however. if you want to order more destinations, it is possible. Please email us with your travel schedule so that we can give you estimate of the cost. *Please note that we are unable to create the estimate for you if the order has less that 4 destinations.

It is possible to place an order including the period of no use of our service, but if there is a period of more than one day when WiFi will not be used (i.e., a period without purchasing a plan), a device keep fee of $20 will apply. In such cases, please contact WiFiDash Customer Support by email to place the order manually. The $20 WiFi device keep fee is valid for storage periods ranging from 1 to 30 days. For storage beyond 30 days, an additional $20 fee will be incurred. Please note that this is a flat fee. Thank you for your understanding.
