WiFiDASH is a portable hotspot rental service that delivers devices directly to you, providing a flat-rate data solution for various scenarios such as international and domestic travel, business use and temporary internet needs.

Simply book a portable hotspot device online, and we’ll deliver it to your location. Use the device to connect to the internet wherever there’s a cellular signal. When you’re finished, drop it off at a FedEx location. You can rent the device for just one day or for as long as you need.

To use WiFiDASH, you first need to receive the portable hotspot device via delivery within the US. Please note that the device cannot be sent to addresses outside the US.

Once you have the device, you can enjoy internet connection in over 140 countries and regions, including the US. This makes it perfect for both international and domestic travel, temporary work setups, events or even new homes until a fixed-line internet connection is available.

WiFiDASH often provides a more economical and flexible option compared to international roaming fees. Additionally, you can share your WiFiDASH connection with up to five devices at the same time.

WiFiDASH provides convenient, portable internet access for multiple devices, without the complicated SIM card installations or switching required for different countries. Simply power on the device, connect just like a normal WiFi network, and you’re ready to go—no special setup needed.

WiFiDASH primarily provides internet access and does not support SMS services.

Speeds vary depending on the cellular network in the location where you use our service. However, our devices typically support 4G LTE or faster, ensuring a fast and reliable connection.

Yes, our portable hotspot devices can support multiple devices at once, including smartphones, tablets, laptops and game consoles.

Typically, our devices can connect up to 5 devices simultaneously. We also offer higher-capacity devices that can connect up to 20 devices for business use. However, if multiple devices are connected at once, the daily data capacity will be shared among them, which may lead to slower internet speeds and faster data consumption.

The WiFi hotspot device battery can last up to 12 hours on a single charge, depending on usage.

WiFiDASH primarily provides internet access and does not support SMS services.

Shipping costs vary depending on the method selected: $89 for overnight shipping and $20 for standard shipping.

For standard shipping, we schedule shipments to ensure the portable hotspot device is delivered to you two business days before your rental start date.

If you select overnight shipping, you will receive the WiFi device on the next business day after it ships. With standard shipping, you will receive it within two business days.

Yes, once you place a booking, you'll receive an order confirmation, which serves as your receipt.

Insurance is optional and costs $2 per day of your rental period. It covers damage, loss or theft of the device and its accessories during your rental.

The protection plan includes:
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Device
- With Insurance: $50
- Without Insurance: $300

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Charging Cable / Device Case
- With Insurance: $0
- Without Insurance: $10 each

Third-Party Calls or Data Usage
- Any charges incurred by third parties during the rental period are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have your own insurance, such as travel insurance or a policy that covers rental equipment, it may provide coverage for these costs. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm if their policy covers such situations.

Yes, there is a late fee of $10 per day. The device must be returned within two days after the end of your rental period. The late fee will apply starting on the third day after the rental period ends. The return date will be based on the date shown in the FedEx tracking system as the drop-off date.

Yes, you can always add more data to your plan during the rental period. Please contact our customer support to arrange for additional data and we'll probide you with the options available.

You can easily book on our website by filling out the booking form.
Please book your portable WiFi hotspot as soon as possible. Delivery takes at least two business days, so to ensure you receive it at least one day before you need it, please complete your booking at least three business days in advance. Overnight shipping is available, so delivery may still be possible if you book at the last minute. However, please note that delays due to weather or other unforeseen factors may occur.

Unfortunately, we do not accept bookings over the phone at this time; we only accept online bookings.

You can change your booking free of charge up to 5 business days before your rental date. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate your change request, and a $20 change fee may apply. To request any changes, please contact our customer support team.

Once the rental period begins, the only change we can accommodate is an extension of the rental period. Extensions do not incur a change fee but will be charged at the daily rental rate for the additional days. Please note that returning the device earlier than your original booking will not result in a refund, and the full rental period will still be charged.

Yes, you can cancel your order up to 5 business days before your rental date free of charge. A cancellation fee of $20 will apply after this date. Please contact customer support if you wish to cancel your order. Please note that cancellations are not permitted once the rental period has started.

Yes, the name on the order can be different from the actual user of the device. However, the person whose name is on the order will be considered the contract holder and will be held responsible for any damages or issues that may arise. Therefore, we recommend that the actual user place the order.

Yes, if you need to keep the device longer, simply contact us to arrange an extension based on availability.

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your order at least 4 business days before your usage date if you select 2-business-day shipping or at least 3 business days before if you choose overnight shipping.

You can specify multiple destinations during the booking process.

Yes, we can pause your service and allow you to keep the device without returning it for a fee of $20 for up to 30 days. Please contact us before placing your rental order so we can make the necessary arrangements and guide you through the process.

If you select overnight shipping, you will receive the portable WiFi device on the following business day after we ship it. If you select 2-business day shipping, you will receive it in 2 business days.

We ship devices only with in the US and cannot send them to addresses outside the country.

You can return the device and its accessories using the provided return shipping label by the day following your rental end date. Please ensure everything is securely packaged and drop it off at a convenient FedEx office or drop-off location.

If you're unable to return the device on time, please use the enclosed return label to send it back as soon as possible and contact us immediately. A late fee of $10 per day will apply starting from the second day after the rental period ends.

The device must be returned by the day following the end of your rental period. It will be considered returned once you drop it off at a FedEx office or pickup location, and the FedEx tracking site shows the status as "We have your package."
